Our Helpdesk Ticket Number on Timesheet module allows you to automatically add the ticket number to the timesheet entry in the project or project task linked to the helpdesk.
If the time entries of the tickets in the helpdesk are invoiced to your customer via a project or via a project task, the ticket number is automatically displayed in the time entries of the project task as well as in the report of the time entries in the Project module, which makes the invoicing comprehensible and transparent for your customers. In addition, this display also transfers to your customer portal, where your customers can assign the time entries to the tickets.
